1 What is AdeccoTouch?
For the very first time in Singapore, Adecco has developed an easy-touch way of managing the complete payroll process - at your finger tips. Developed with simplicity, accuracy and speed in mind, AdeccoTouch is a new and highly effective way of providing temporary and contract employees with an easy way of recording their arrival/departure  from work, breaks taken, leave applications and much more. In addition, supervisors can, in just a few simple clicks, obtain a complete overview of the workforce under their supervision - with details of attendance and leave taken on a particular day. Furthermore, they can easily approve leave requests and timesheets, as well as generating useful reports that support the management of the often highly mobile workforce. Daily, weekly, monthly or annual reports can be generated, providing those that need to know with accurate and timely information. AdeccoTouch uses sophisticated global positioning tracking (GPS) and Quick Response Code (QR) to understand the location of employees at any one time and to ensure accuracy of payroll and HR information - mobile only. When an employee 'touches-in' and acknowledges that they have arrived at work, AdeccoTouch knows exactly where they are located. Likewise when they 'touch-out' for lunch h or for a break, the App helps records their location and provides updates that are accessible by a supervisor or manager. 2 What is QR Code? Do I need it?
QR Code is abbreviated from "Quick Response Code" which consists of black modules arranged in a square pattern on a white background. Your supervisor will be able to advise you should you be required to scan the QR Code.
3 How to access AdeccoTouch?
  1. World Wide Web
    1. AdeccoTouch is a World Wide Web Application which requires via internet using either of the following connections: Wi-Fi (with internet connection), 3G, 4G, Broadband and any other technologies that connect to the internet or World Wide Web.
    2. Requires a valid active account.
  2. iPhone App (AdeccoTouch)
    1. Can be downloaded from the Apple Store.
    2. Requires a valid active account.
4 Touch-In using iPhone (AdeccoTouch) and Touch Out
No, because iPhone app and Web uses different session.
5 What happens if you forgot your password?
At the AdeccoTouch Login page click “Forget Password”. A new page will appear and prompt you to enter your username. Enter your username, click submit and a new password will be to the user’s inbox. (Check email inbox, junk or spam folder).
6 How to change password?
Firstly, you are required to login to AdeccoTouch with a valid password, then click tab Settings -> My Profile and provide the current and new password.
7 What if there is a technical fault and I am unable
Please record the time-in and time-out manually. Once you are able to login to AdeccoTouch, please touch-in and request your manager to update the correct date and time for you.
8 What do you do when you see this error message dis
  1. Click “Forget Password” at the AdeccoTouch Login page to retrieve a temporary password and relogin again.
  2. If the problem persist, simply send an email totouchsupport@adecco-asia.com.
